Equity's 2011-2012 National Annual General Meeting will be held in
Toronto, Ontario.

Date: February 27, 2012
Time: 7:00-10:00 p.m. (doors open at 6:30 p.m.)
Venue: Gladstone Hotel (Ballroom)
Location: 1214 Queen Street West, Toronto, ON 

All Equity members in good standing are encouraged to attend.
Apprentice, provisional and probationary members are also  welcome and
encouraged to attend. Please bring your current membership/apprentice
card to show at the door.

The NAGM will be divided into two segments. The first portion will take
care of necessary business items and be kept as concise as we can
reasonably manage. It will include:
>> Reports from the President and Executive Director, with updates
on current initiatives
>> Receipt of the audited financial statements and appointment of the
auditor for the coming year
>> Member resolutions*

The second half of the evening will be an informal networking mixer,
with guests from Equity's fraternal associations and arts and culture
service organizations from across the GTA. Representatives from ACTRA,
the Associated Designers of Canada, local Director and Fight Director
communities, IATSE 58, Playwrights Guild of Canada, TAMAC (Talent Agents
and Managers Association of Canada), Toronto Alliance for the Performing
Arts, and the Toronto Musicians' Association are on the guest list for
this community social event. 

Don't miss this opportunity to connect with Councillors from across the
country, your regional advisory and local colleagues. Refreshments will
be served.
