[getsmart-l] walkON request for Proposals

On behalf of walkON, Health Action, Haldimand-Norfolk is accepting
proposals from a qualified marketing and design consultant/firm to
develop a comprehensive  communication plan and creative design services
for a community education campaign focused on walkable communities.
Funding for the development of these components has been secured.  The
production/printing of marketing materials and communication plan
implementation are dependent upon notification of additional funding.
Attached is the full request for proposals which are due by Friday
August 31, 2007-4:00 p.m.
