[getsmart-l] Problems with the list serve

Hi everyone:  Web Networks has experienced some technical difficulties with
the list serve over the past few days.  If you posted to the list serve and
it has not appeared yet, it is very likely that your post has disappeared
forever into an electronic black hole.   Unfortunately, your post will have
to be resubmitted if it is to appear on the list serve.  However, please
wait until tomorrow to resubmit.  Web Networks is presently conducting
testing on all of their list serves and new postings will stress the system.
