I wanted to add some clarification to previous email.

St. John's targets do not apply only to municipal
buildings and operations. The projected decreases in
greenhouse gas emissions are an average of the various
community sectors.

St. John's Newfoundland and Labrador is aiming to
surpass Kyoto targets and reduce greenhouse gases 15%
of 1994
levels by 2010.
