[getsmart-l] Cutting the GST- Memories of Harris

As you know I try to avoid party politics in my distributions but this issue has major municipal overtones and brings back sad memories of Harris' self-serving and province-destroying tax cuts!

If Harper can afford to cut the GST then he can definitely afford to refund those monies to our municipalities that are sorely in need of increased revenues for infrastructure renewal.

We must let Harper know that we are, in fact, NOT so stupid and selfish as he thinks. We cannot be bought with our own money.
