Dear Rouge Duffins Friends:

We need you help to deliver the attached colour flyer door to door over the next four weekends.

Last weekend with the help of Lois James, Bill Parish, Riitta Upshaw, Kate Bokhout, Colin and Lauren O'Neill, Andy McKinnon and Chris Boccia
we delivered over 2500 of our RDGC flyers.   The weather and exercise was great.  

We still have 7,500 copies of this full colour non-partisan environmental flyer (attached) to deliver.

We need to encourage our neighbors to contact their political leaders and advance environmental protection policies.

Flyer delivery is great exercise (you can lose weight and tone-up) and it is a great way to communicate environmental objectives to your neighbors.

We will deliver the flyers in Markham this weekend.

Flyer Distribution Dates:

Saturday  September 22, 2007    9:45 am to 12:00 Noon         1:00 pm to 4 pm          Meet at Tim Hortons at 9:45 and 12:45  on North side of  Hwy 7 just east of Hwy 48
Sunday September 23, 2007                                                     1 pm to  3 pm             Meet at Tim Hortons at 12:45     on North side of  Hwy 7 just east of Hwy 48   

Saturday September 29, 2007     9:45 am to 12:00 Noon         1:00 pm to 4 pm                   TBA
Sunday September 30, 2007                                                    1 pm to  3 pm                       TBA

Saturday October 6, 2007          9:45 am to 12:00 Noon         1:00 pm to 4 pm                       TBA

If these dates do not work for you, you can arrange to pick-up flyers and deliver them in your own neighborhood on your own schedule.

Please Email or call me to sign-up for one or more of the above flyer delivery dates.   

This weekend we will meet at the Dunbarton High School parking lot on the south side of Sheppard just West of Whites Road at the above times. We will car pool and canvass near Finch.

We will print and distribute more flyers if we get more volunteers.  Please spread the word through your contact network and bring a friend and family member.  

The RDGC has also circulated a letter with ten environmental policy questions and we will tabulate and publicize the results.
