                          Hello!
     
   The Aurora District Ministry of Natural Resources is currently working on an inventory of known and historic nesting colonies of Great Blue Heron in York , Durham ,  Toronto , Peel, and Halton Regions. I’ve gathered your contact details from the websites of your respective Field Naturalists Clubs in the hopes that you may have information to share, and/or can pass this request onto other birders in the area. Any information would be appreciated, including last date observed, number of nests observed, and coordinates (UTM or lat/long). Please let me know if you have any questions.
