unholy. The animals have fled. *We hope they fled....

We hear the sludge is spread a scant 30 yards from the headwaters of the 
river. And there have been huge rains, so it is anticipated that the river 
is running brown.

Virginia is a great importer of sludge.
I hear this sludge comes from 43 different sewage treatment plants...from NY 
state, from all over.

Synagro Maintenance Vehicles Were Seen Exiting The Laurel Road/Route 40 Site 
in Surry County at 6 PM on the 7th Of July.  It Was Noted That Strips Of 
Timber Were Cut Through The Woods Every 100 Feet So The Humanure Trucks Can 
Spread The Sewage Sludge By Slinging It Into The Trees Like They Did In 
Claremont.  Residents Get  Ready To Have Your Sense Of Smell Assaulted By A 
Mixture Of Human Manure and Industrial Waste Residue Which Is Left Over When 
Sewage Plants Process Wastewater.  Most Of It Comes From Out Of State And Is 
Tested By The Producer, Not By The Health Department, As They only Inspected 
19 Sites out Of Over 1100 Sites Last Year.  Isn't This A Lot Like Having The 
Fox Guard The Hen Coop.  A lot Of It Comes From Blue Plains Wastewater Plant 
In Washington,DC, Which Means The Politicians Get A Chance To Crap On You 
Twice.  What Is Your County Government Doing To Protect You?  This Has The 
Potential To Contaminate The Blackwater River Which Runs Through Most Of 
Tidewater.

Call Your BOS Member And Ask What Is Being Done About It?

Why Is It Some Counties Have So Much Trouble Getting With The Program On 
Sludge Control?

Is It Political Pressure Or Is It Political Corruption?
