Hello
Turns out the California Integrated Waste Management Board gave out the
incorrect address for two days after the Hearing on Monday.  They are very
sorry, as am I.  Who knows what trash can those letters will end up in.  We
have tried to correct the information on all the flyers posted and in the
newspaper.

I guess the assistance of the County is working for the applicant again.  We
must fight through these obstacles and continue to voice our concerns.  The
CIWMB says it was not deliberate.  We are asking for more time, but I have
little faith in the system.

So please rewrite and resend any material you have already sent.  I am tired
but still pushing ahead.  Time to send them any and all information that can
be used later in arguing for more time and possible lawsuits.

I hope this address is correct, but Ms Cottingim will not return an e-mails
and the State refuses to let me contact her direct.  The system is geared
for lawyers and lobbyists, not for regular people who want to get involved.
Please remove any flyers you see with the wrong address.  Spread the word
and get those letters sent.  E-mail and Fax would be faster at this point.
We must remain professional even if they are not.  Remember to be nice and
speak the truth.
