Just to let you know the Georgia "qui tam" complaint is also posted on
the Loudoun County Virginia Neighbors Against Toxic Sludge (NATS) website.
In fact   both qui tam complaints and 4 other complaints
including the recently filed VA nuisance complaints are there.  (6
