British Columbia engineer Stephen Salter is with the Georgia Strait 
Alliance, an environmental
group who have been pressing for an end to the flow of sewage into the ocean 
from the City of Victoria, BC.

He has been compiling technologies that can recover resources from sewage or 
sewage sludge.
