Rothsay Biodieselis headquartered in Guelph; anextension of Rothsay 
rendering company wholly owned andoperated by Maple Leaf Foods Inc. Always 
looking for newand innovative ways to recycle waste materials, Rothsay  
decided to take a look at the production of biodiesel. The current capacity 
is approx. 32 million liters per year of premium biodiesel produced from a 
variety of feedstock butprimarily restaurant grease and animal tallow in 
support ofour rendering operations.
