I am circulating this beyond our immediate area, because I think it is
extremely important that we spread the word about how our local and national
water resources are insidiously being diminished. Corporate pockets are
being lined by a convoy that is pipe-lining our water across the border. As
water becomes a more limited commodity, the consumption cost to the average
consumer will escalate, yet business is being allowed to fill their covers
at our financial and environmental expense.
I apologize for the bulk email, but we need thousands of people to write
BEFORE NOV. 9/07 to stop the profiteering of our drinking water. The details

This proposal is for a Category 3 Permit to Take Water from two (2) wells
for industrial and bottling purposes. The water taking is for rinsing and
washing of bottles, cooling of the distillation unit, and water supply for
bottling.
Maximum rate per minute (Litres): 257 (Well 1); 150 (Well 2);
Maximum number of hours of taking a day: 24
Maximum volume per day (Litres): 370,080 (Well 1); 216,000 (Well 2);
Maximum number of days taking in a year: 365;
Length of taking: January 1 to December 31, up to 10 years.
This proposal has been posted for a 30 day public review and comment period
starting October 10, 2007. If you have any questions, or would like to

All comments received prior to November 09, 2007 will be considered as part
of the decision-making process by the Ministry of the Environment if they
