About H2infO-l	English (USA)
H2infO provides an online discussion forum on urban watershed source protection in Canada and internationally. Our purpose is to promote discussion of low impact design, nonpoint source pollution prevention, and lot level source protection aspects of urban and urbanizing watersheds. We encourage information exchange, ideas and discussion to highlight success stories, discuss infrastructure design techniques and implementation, discuss water quality by-laws, regulations and legislation, submit information requests about watershed regeneration, and establish a standard set of criteria on which to base evaluation of urbanizing watershed protection practices. H2infO welcomes participation from non-profits, municipal, provincial and federal officials, consultants, developers and builders, land use conservationists, land trusts, planners, site and city engineers, and local regulatory professionals. Posts may reflect an Ontario and Great Lakes Region focus but participation is encouraged from across Canada, the United States and internationally.
