A Message from Greg

Hi Folks,

John Zupancic and I are running a one-day workshop (9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) for some Medaille College students whose practicum we supervise. The topic of the workshop: "Improve Your Chances of getting a Teaching Job in Ontario". It is similar in content to what you learned in the six-week Teach in Ontario program. However, we will be doing three mock interviews with these students who have been Ontario residents for most of their lives and know about teaching in Ontario.

John and I felt, that as a refresher course for some of you, you might benefit from hearing how these students answer the questions and perform in an interview session. The workshop is being offered at 'Skills' on Monday, March 19 and Thursday, March 22. There is no cost involved for you. We are leaving 10 spots at each session open for ITT Graduates. Please get in touch with Karen Gill , Program Assistant for 'Teach in Ontario' by phone (416) 658-3101 ext. 225 or by e-mail at gill@skillforchange.org and let her know that you would like to attend. First come, first served. It is the same workshop on both days. So please indicate to Karen the date you prefer attending.

Still rooting for you,

Greg
