Need a creative jump start?

" Keith Johnstone suggests a hundred practical techniques for encouraging
spontaneity and originality by catching the subconscious unawares. ( He has)
an inexhaustible supply of zany suggestions for unfreezing the petrified
imagination." - Daily Telegraph

Keith Johnstone is coming to Toronto May 27, 2002 to offer a one day
workshop to interested actors, writers and directors. This is a 5 hour
workshop with one of the world's foremost experts in improvisation. This is
a unique opportunity as Keith has not been to Toronto since the eighties.
Theatre professionals from all over the world seek out Keith's extensive
knowledge of theatre and improvisation on a regular basis. ( see
www.keithjohnstone.com)

"( Keith's) book is set to be a bible for those of us interested in creating
real theatre."
- Phelim McDermot, Improbable Theatre, London, England

If you have read any of Keith's books ( Impro, and Impro For Storytellers)
then you will know that his approach to theatre reaches far beyond it's
immediate applications to public improvisation. Keith's perspective will
change your approach to acting and story telling and even give you new
insight into daily interactions with other human beings.
