To All Our Friends:

It is with the deepest sadness that we must announce that Gary Goddard
passed away
On Sunday December 1st.  He died peacefully surrounded by flowers and
friends.

There will be a celebration of Gary's life in the coming weeks.  
We will notify you as soon as arrangements are made.

Many, many thanks to all of you who have supported Gary and all of us
over the last few weeks.  
Your kindness and support has been overwhelming.
