ALBERTA THEATRE PROJECTS'  BRIEF NEW WORKS! 

ATP's noon-hour reading series of new ten minute plays from across the
land. 

In early January a jury of Calgary theatre professionals select
approximately 16 scripts.  If your script is selected you will receive
an honourarium of $200 and your play will be read as part of Alberta
Theatre Projects' annual National playRites Festival of New Canadian
Plays.

Your play must be: 

Between 8 - 10 minutes long 
3 actors maximum 
Suitable for reading at music stands 
Appropriate to a noon hour crowd of mixed ages and tastes 
 

Please submit TWO identical copies of your Brief New Work. 
Please do not e-mail your script. 
Please list character breakdown on the cover. 
Please include this form or equivalent information. 
 

Scripts will not be returned. (Submissions are now accepted year round.)
