CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS - COLLINGWOOD

Theatre Collingwood announces auditions for the 2005 summer season, for
the following roles:

Premiere production of "Real Estate" by Allana Harkin Contract period:
June 20 - July 16, 2005 Role of:  Estelle Hopper, attractive, urban 38
year old, separated after 5 years of marriage, raised in a rural
environment which peeks through her city exterior

Production of "Bingo" by Allan Stratton
Contract period:  July 4 - July 30, 2005

a) Role of: David Pearce, a charming 28-30 year old, academic, but very
vital and energetic with a strong flair for high energy comedy

b) Role of: George Bip, Chair of the Department, a tenured professor of
English, formerly Can Apollo with glasses who is something of a klutz,
early to mid-40s in his prime, a good comic sense

Submission deadline:  January 10/05 (Auditions held Monday January 17/05
in Toronto)  Please prepare two contrasting selections, one which
demonstrates your comic sense
