Rapier Wit's Stage Combat Classes

Still looking for the perfect holiday gift?  Beginning to think about
New Year's resolutions? 
Why not a stage combat class?  Start the new year with a bang, or a
punch, or a choke, or a shoulder roll... 

Boost your marketability, ensure your safety and increase your chances
of being hired again and again.  Everywhere on film, television and
stage, the demand grows for actors who are able to perform convincing
and dynamic violence. Women as well as men are expected to be able to
play physical roles.  Are you ready for such a part? Stage combat can
help you become the dynamic actor you have always wanted to be.  Join a
Rapier Wit class and start improving your physical acting technique
immediately.

Basic*

Unarmed Thursday January 22 - February 19

Single Sword Thursday February 26- March 25

Quarterstaff Thursday April 01 - April 29

Intermediate*

Rapier & Dagger Tuesday January 20 - February 17
Broadsword Tuesday February 24 - March 23

Small Sword Tuesday March 30 - April 27

Martial Arts Unarmed Tuesday May 4- May 25


All classes run 7:00 - 10:00 pm =20

$450 (plus GST) per five week course=20

$350 (plus GST) for Rapier Wit, FDC, Equity and Actra members

If class fees are paid in full before 1st class


*A $100 non-refundable deposit is needed to hold a space

*Payment in installments is accepted

*Dates and prices subject to change



Certification Classes

package options.

Certification includes extra training days, all paperwork, and
adjudication fee

Basic (3 courses) $850 plus GST, Intermediate (4 courses) $1150 plus GST
