AUDITIONS - CALGARY / TORONTO

Alberta Theatre Projects (Calgary) will be holding auditions for the
role of "Ted" for its production of Two Pianos, Four Hands by Ted
Dykstra and Richard Greenblatt.

Production Dates: Rehearsals start April 12, opens May 6, and closes May
21, 2005.

Audition Requirements:

Auditions are by invitation only.

Ted is a male, probably thirty-something.

Musically, be prepared to play the theme and first solo of the Bach D
Minor Concerto (until the key change to A Minor)---not from memory. A
classical piece of your choosing of a least Grade 10 RCM level. And....a
pop piece of your choice.

Text wise, please prepare the "Sister Loyola" and "Berkoff" scenes, and
Ted's monologue from the end of the play. Again, not from memory.

Audition Dates:

Calgary: Monday, August 23rd. You will be auditioning for Bob White,
director. You may be required to do a callback with Mr. Greenblatt at a
later time.

Toronto: Saturday, August 30th. You will be auditioning for Bob White
and Richard Greenblatt.

Please note: You will be notified if you have been scheduled an audition
the week of August 9th. Please do not contact us before then. At that
point, you will be faxed/emailed the requested sides, and the time and
location of the audition.

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
