CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS - PLAYWRIGHTS - VANCOUVER

Vancouver's Theatre in the Raw holds its 4th play
writing contest and seeks original one-acts (comedy or
drama) previously unpublished or unproduced.
Submissions up to 25 double-spaced numbered pages,
about 30 min. or less, no more than 6 characters.
Send copies only in a SASE. Entry fee of Cdn $25 (U.S. $20),
each additional submission Cdn $15 (U.S. $12).
Cheques payable to Theatre in the Raw, include submission
date, name of play & author on each cheque. 
First prize
Cdn $150, 2nd prize Cdn $50, 3rd prize Cdn $40. 
The top three plays and others receiving honourable
mention are guaranteed at least one staged reading or
dramatic production. Artistic Director Jay Hamburger reserves
the right to workshop and edit in consultation with
the playwright before public presentation. Mail to
