CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS - CHEMAINUS

The Chemainus Theatre Festival, a not-for-profit theatre company on
Vancouver Island, working with the CAEA under the ITA, is seeking
submissions for the following role:
Mr. Lawrence/Mr. March (a double cast role), for their upcoming
production of "Little Women".  
This is the world premiere of a new Canadian musical adaptation by Mark
DuMez and Jim Hodgkinson.  
Rehearsals begin October 31 2005. 
The production opens November 25 and closes on January 21 2006.  
The ideal actor would read between 45-60 years of age with a strong
bass/baritone voice, a warm sincerity and a comedic flare.
Auditions will be held in late June or early July in Vancouver, BC.
