BASIC DUES REMINDER

Equity basic dues of $67.50 for the period May 1st, 2006 to October
31st, 2006 will be due and payable to Equity as of May 1st, 2006. 

If you have not paid your previous dues, please do so prior to May 1 to
avoid further penalties and reinstatement fees.

If a member is under contract, his/her dues are payable immediately.  A
$10.00 overdue fee will apply to any dues payment received after July
31st, 2006. 

Payment of dues may be made in the following ways: 
- By personal cheque or money order payable to Canadian Actors' Equity
Association (Equity). Please do not send cash in the mail. 
- Via web-banking, telebanking, bank machine or teller service at any
major Canadian bank& Vancity Credit Union. 
- In person at Equity's national or western offices. 
- Or by requesting a one-time credit card debit form. Email your request
to membership at caea.com.
