JOB - ARTISTIC DIRECTOR AND GENERAL MANAGER - TORONTO

Smile Theatre brings professional musical theatre to seniors; people who
otherwise would not be able to access and enjoy high quality
entertainment. We perform in over 400 shows a season to approximately
400,000 people; combining talent and passion to create theatre that is
endearing, captivating and entertaining.  

This year brings changes to Smile Theatre.  Tom Carson, General &
Artistic Manager, is leaving to pursue his work with children and youth
at the end of this season (May 2008).  The Board of Directors thanks Tom
for his significant contribution to the company's operational growth and
artistic success.

Given Tom's planned departure, the Board has decided to create 2 roles; 
-	Artistic Director
-	General Manager.  
Both roles report to the Board and work in partnership to provide
artistic and operational leadership and to further build Smile Theatre.
