CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS - HAMILTON

HAMMERTHEATRE SEEKS HAMILTON EQUITY ACTOR FOR "LADYLIKE"; - A NEW
CANADIAN PLAY BY SKY GILBERT

- Male, 20-35 years old, in a relationship with a male to female
transsexual played by Nina Arsenault (Canadian transsexual performer and
activist)
- MUST be equity
- PREFERENCE given to actors who live in or hail from Hamilton, Ontario
New two-hander one act play explores our cultural relationship with
femininity. 
- Premiere workshop presentation will take place on Saturday, November
17, 2007 in Hamilton, Ontario
- Rehearsals are in Hamilton for one week prior to premiere
- Send resume and headshot to Sky Gilbert (Artistic Director,
Hammertheatre) at anita at istar.ca to arrange an audition
  
Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
