The Blyth Festival is accepting resumés for the following seasonal positions (all dates subject to change):

*       Dept. Head, Wardrobe: May 25 - Aug. 8
*       Asst. Wardrobe: June 1 - Aug. 8
*       Dept. Head, Props: May 25 - Aug. 8
*       Production Asst. (props/scenic art): June 1 - Sept. 5
*       Production Asst. (carpentry): June 1 - Sept. 26
*       Asst. House Technician: June 8 - Sept. 5


In 2009, the Blyth Festival presents a repertory summer season of four Canadian plays and a revival of Innocence Lost by Beverley Cooper.

The Blyth Festival provides a challenging, yet rewarding work environment that is particularly well suited to students or recent graduates of post-secondary theatre programs. The successful candidates will exhibit:

*       Working knowledge of specific technical theatre departments
*       Good problem solving skills and a creative spirit
*       Excellent communication skills
*       Desire to learn new technical theatre skills
