Green Thumb Theatre seeks an Artistic Associate

Green Thumb Theatre is seeking applications for the position of Artistic
Associate. This is a seasonal contract position with flexibility for the
successful candidate to continue taking on other shorter term contract
positions if desired.

The Artistic Associate will work with both the Artistic Director and all
other members of the administration to develop a thorough understanding
of operating a theatre company.  Primary responsibilities will be
tailored to the successful candidate's interests and career objectives
however we are seeking someone with an active interest in becoming or
increasing their skills to be a creative leader.

Candidates must have professional creative working experience in the
theatre (Actor, Director, Playwright, Dramaturge or Designer).

Contract term is approximately September to May. Salary and/or fee for
services is to be finalized contingent on outcome of operating grants
and experience of successful candidate but will be in the range of $550
to $650 per week. A letter expressing interest and a resume should be
