JOB - STAGE MANAGER - ST.CATHARINES

Theatre Beyond Words is seeking a Stage Manager for their upcoming
production of "Nuthin' But Trouble"

Stage Management Prep Week commences Thursday March 27th, 2008.  First
Day of Rehearsals will commence Sunday March 30th, 2008, at the Theatre
Beyond Words Rehearsal Studio in Downtown St. Catharines.  The Show will
be performed at the David S. Howes Theatre, Brock Centre for the Arts,
Brock University from April 11th through to April 17th, 2008, with the
contract ending on Sunday April 20th, 2008.

The ideal candidate will be local in the Niagara Region, have a valid
driver's license and automobile. Have a good working knowledge of
lights, sound, and laundry.

The candidate will be offered Equity "E" Scale, under the CTA agreement
plus the minimum requirements for Lights, Sound and Laundry additional
duties.

Theatre Beyond Words is an internationally renowned physical theatre
company that has played to over 2.5 million people since its inception
in 1977, delighting audiences from New York to Madrid and Toronto to
Tokyo with its unique style of visual theatre. 
The ensemble develops original works for both young and general
audiences, garnering international acclaim for its artistic and

innovative uses of mask, puppetry, mime and music.
