Tips & Traps for Maximizing Your Wealth

Do you know who the beneficiary is on your RRSP? What will happen if
you die, and the wrong beneficiary is named? Are the proceeds of the
life insurance you have through CAEA going where you want them to? What
if you name a minor child as beneficiary? What if your first spouse is
still named, because you haven't changed it? What if no beneficiary is
named - who gets the money?

You don't have to be "wealthy" to want to protect yourself and your
family against the worst. As a service to the professional performing
arts community, Performing Arts Lodge (PAL) Vancouver is presenting a
FREE seminar on Saturday November 15 specifically designed for the
performing arts family. The seminars will be presented by well known
Vancouver Estate Lawyer Tony DuMoulin, Senior Partner DuMoulin
Boskovich, and Certified Financial Planner Ray Wallis of Investors Group
- both of whom are members of the PAL Vancouver Board.

Rapier Wit's last Firearm Safety Workshop of 2008

PAL/Safety Firearm Course
(PAL - Possession and Acquisition Firearm License)
This is a 'must' course for actors, directors, and stage managers. Its
depth and focus on the entertainment industry make it the only one of
its kind in Ontario. For liability and safety reasons, it is best
practice for all theatre companies to have a licensed PAL holder on
staff if firearms or replica firearms are being used in a production.

This course will give participants the opportunity to earn their firearm
licenses while training in safe and effective performance techniques for
stage and film. This unique course takes three days to complete with
over twenty hours of training and testing in non-restricted, restricted
firearms, and prohibited devices.

Saturday November 8 9 AM - 6 PM
Sunday November 9 9 AM - 6 PM
Saturday November 15 10 AM - 3 PM

$505 (includes GST)*
$388.50 for members of Equity

*There is an additional $80 that must be paid directly to the Canadian
Government for the Possession and Acquisition License. Instructions for
