The National Theatre School of Canada is seeking an established theatre maker to mentor, lead and administer its Directing Program.

The Directing Program Head will report to and operate under the guidance of the English Section Artistic Director.

He/she will be a director with a high record of achievement in the professional theatre and will have a background in, and declared passion for director training

He/she will also have:
*       Proven skills in the areas of administration, management and collaboration;
*       Strong aptitudes for teamwork and the capacity to work with students, artists, and teachers;
*       Mentorship skills, with strong ties to the national and/or international professional theatre community;
*       The requisite skills and experience to guide students in their individualized training and towards diverse career paths.
*       Availability during the NTS school year.
