Upper Canada Playhouse in Morrisburg, Ontario is accepting applications
for an Apprentice Assistant Stage Manager Production Assistant for the
2009 Season. Responsibilities include: assisting Stage Managers with all
rehearsal, production & show call aspects. Will work in conjunction with
Artistic Director & Stage Managers. Dates of Employment: May 25-August
30, 2009. Possible extension: November 9-December 13, 2009.
Compensation: commensurate with skills level & experience. Upper Canada
Playhouse is a small to mid-size professional theatre operating under
the jurisdiction of Canadian Actors' Equity Association. It produces a
4-Show Summer Season & Holiday Family Show with each show running 3 1/2
weeks & an ample pre-production period between each turnaround.
