Additional information:
Red Sky Performance will hold auditions for its theatre for young
audiences production of "Raven Stole the Sun" written by Drew Hayden
Taylor.  Performances will be in Toronto, Ottawa and throughout northern
Ontario from April 6 to late May.  We are casting for one male actor /
dancer.

Abilities & Characteristics:  20 - 45 years
                              ability to move, dance and rap
                              vain, curious, delightful,
                                humorous, chatty, cheeky

We strongly encourage Aboriginal performers to apply (including First
Nations, Metis and Inuit), but all qualified actors are encouraged to

Red Sky takes a traditional story to exciting new heights through a
compelling theatre dance piece for family audiences. Raven is a fabulous
and magical creature of impulse and curiosity. In order to satisfy his
overwhelming sense of curiosity, Raven hatches a brilliant scheme for
stealing the stars, the moon, the sun, and ends up bringing light to the
people of the world.  


Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
