2009 - 2012 EQUITY ELECTION BALLOTS SENT TO MEMBERSHIP

All members are encouraged to cast their ballot for the election of
Equity's Council and Council Policy Advisory Groups for 2009 - 2012. 

Election ballots have now been mailed to eligible voting membership. Any
eligible voter who does not receive a ballot by Wednesday, September 30
is encouraged to contact Equity's National Office.

In order to be sure your ballot is received in time to be counted, mail
your completed ballot not later than Monday, October 19, 2009. Only
ballots received in Equity's National Office prior to 5:00 p.m. EST on
Thursday, October 29, 2009 will be counted.

Results will be announced as soon as possible after the ballot count on
Friday, October 30, 2009. 

Equity members who are currently working away from home or who have
recently moved and not yet updated their mailing address with the
Association should contact Equity's National Office for further
information and assistance.
