Now in its ninth year of operation, the St. Lawrence Shakespeare
Festival produces professional outdoor theatre on the banks of the St.
Lawrence River in Prescott, Ontario.

We are now seeking to recruit a new General Manager to lead the
continued growth of the Festival as it heads towards its tenth
anniversary and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have management experience and knowledge of the
non-profit theatre environment.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the General Manager will work with
the Artistic Director to fulfill the theatre's mandate through the
successful management of all the administrative and business aspects of
the company.

Duties include oversight of all office administration, development of an
annual budget, fundraising strategies and a marketing plan, event
co-ordination, volunteer recruitment and donor development.

The General Manager will be hired as a full-time employee working
flexible hours at a salary to be negotiated.
