INDEPENDENT THEATRE AGREEMENT (ITA) IS EXTENDED TO 2012

The Independent Theatre Agreement (ITA) has been extended for an
additional two years. 

The 2009-2012 ITA reflects a 1% increase in the minimum fees for
2010-2011, and a 2% increase in the minimum fees for 2011-2012.
Otherwise, all terms and conditions remain consistent with the 2006-2009
ITA.

A printable pdf version of the 2009-2012 ITA along with "e-search for
the ITA," Equity's electronic agreement search tool, are now available
online at http://www.caea.com. Equity members may also contact either of
Equity's offices for a paper version (see information below).
