PRODUCTION TOUR MANAGER REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY

The Production Tour Manager is responsible for the planning, management and administration of touring productions; is “on the road” many weeks in the year; and must be able to multi-task and communicate with the office from remote locations.

Duties:  • All aspects of tour coordination and stage management including budgeting, scheduling, logistics, travel arrangements and accommodation, cargo, equipment rental, rehearsal planning and booking.
 • Traveling long distances by ground and air  • Preparation of tour routes that are economically efficient and meet CAEA guidelines.

Skills Required:  Class G or higher
 drivers license • Ability to read and navigate local, national and international road maps • Competent with computers, including spreadsheet programs and accounting processes.
• Knowledge of theatrical technical systems and procedures including all aspects of stage management • Understanding of touring procedures, practices, and protocols including international customs/work-visa requirements •Highly organized, communicative, self-starter with excellent time management skills. • Ability to direct personnel and demonstrate leadership while on tour.
• Openness to work in a cross-cultural, multi-national and international team environment.
• Sensitivity and interest in an Indigenous worldview.
