Equity President Allan Teichman has added a posting to his "Council
Connection" blog.

*  I wrote several months back regarding new customer service standards
that were in the works, and they have recently been published on the
Equity website. You can find all the details there, but here are the
basics...

The "Council Connection" blog is available at EQUITYONLINE
(http://www.caea.com) or at http://councilconnection.blogspot.com.
It shares the doings of Council with the Equity membership and most
topics will reflect issues currently or recently under review by
Equity's national Council. The blog also supports several subscription
options, including RSS, for those members who wish to receive it
automatically.
