The Production Tour/Stage Manager must be strongly committed to Red
Sky's artistic goals and company ethos and demonstrates:

*       Flexibility with the changing needs of a touring itinerary
*       Highly motivated and effective leader, capable of supervising
personnel and contractors
*       Self-starter who can efficiently manage work-flow in a
multi-task environment

Additional information:
DUTIES:
*       All aspects of tour coordination including budgeting,
scheduling, logistics, travel arrangements and accommodation, cargo,
equipment and vehicle rental, rehearsal planning and booking.
*       Organizing the production and communications between personnel
(director, choreographer, performers, backstage crew, and production
team).
*       Coordination of all rehearsals, performances, set-up, strike.
*       Preparation of daily schedules and statistical reports when
required.
*       Calling lighting/sound cues as necessary.
*       Travelling long distances and communicating with the office from
remote locations.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
*       Minimum of three-years of touring experience with knowledge of
generally accepted industry touring and production procedures,
practices, and protocols.
*       Fully licensed G-class or higher driver, with a current passport
*       Ability to read and navigate local, national and international
road maps.
*       Experience with international customs and work-visa
requirements.
*       Proficient with computers, including spreadsheet programs and
accounting processes.
*       Knowledge of theatrical technical systems and procedures.
*       Project management, time management, and delegation.
*       Highly organized, detail-oriented, communicative, and engaged.

Equity members hired for this production will be engaged under an Equity
form of contract.
