Additional information:
Open Dance Call for MALE Cagelles to be cast in Neptune Theatre's
production of La Cage aux Folles.  The production will be directed by
Artistic Director George Pothitos, Choreographer is Mike Jackson and the
Musical Director is Patrick Burwell.

Rehearsals for La Cage begin in Halifax March 20, 2012 first preview is
April 10 opening April 13, running until JUNE 3.    

All Cagelles are expected to be strong, experienced dancer/singers.
Minimum height requirement is 5' 8".

Because the Cagelles are playing "showgirls" all dancers are asked to
wear shoes with heels as well as shorts or form fitting leggings.

Please bring a photo and resume.

The audition will be Monday January 16, 2012 at 2:00 pm at the Metro
Movement Dance Studio, 833 Broadview Ave, 2nd floor, Toronto.

The audition begins with a dance call at 2:00.  Those dancers who are
being considered at the end of the dance call will be asked to sing a
song of their choice from the standard musical theatre  repertoire.
Please provide sheet music as an accompanist will be present.

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
