EQ - SUMMER 2012 ISSUE - NOW AVAILABLE ONLINE
---------------------------
The electronic version of Equity's quarterly newsmagazine EQ - Equity Quarterly - is now available on EQUITYONLINE at http://www.caea.com.

* In recognition of the coming Council elections in October 2012, this issue of EQ takes a look inside Equity to learn what Council has accomplished over the past term, and to discover the different ways members are giving back to their Association. You'll also find out why support for the arts makes good business sense, how the recent federal budget is affecting live performance in Canada - and what you can do to keep arts and culture at the top of the political agenda.

Equity members receiving the Summer 2012 issue of EQ by mail will also receive a copy of the Council nomination pamphlet. Please take the time to read through the nomination brochure and form, and give some thought to serving your fellow members as a Councillor. Additional information on Councillor responsibilities and the elections schedule is posted on Equity's website at http://www.caea.com.

All Equity members in good standing receive EQ by mail unless a member has designated to read the online version only. Provisional and probationary members in good standing and Equity apprentices also receive EQ by mail. Electronic access to the current issue of EQ is restricted to Equity members in good standing only.

Equity members may manage their EQ subscription preferences online by logging on to the Members Only zone of EQUITYONLINE (http://www.caea.com) and amending their "Member Profile" preferences.
