Ethno-cultural mandate or ethno-cultural casting statement:
Theatre by the Bay encourages ethno-cultural diversity in the workplace and welcomes applications from any man or woman with appropriate experience for the position. 

Additional information:
Theatre by the Bay seeks two (2) Equity Stage Managers for their 2012 Summer Season at the Mady Centre for the Performing Arts (an 'F" house) in Barrie, Ontario.  The successful candidates will take the lead on either the musical Man of La Mancha or the non-musical The Merry Wives of Windsor and will act as second on the other production as this season will be rehearsed and performed in repertory.  Prep week begins June 26, rehearsals begin on July 3, first preview is July 26 and performances run through August 26 with Monday being the Equity day off.  All rehearsals will be conducted in Barrie.  This is a nine (9) week contract.

Equity members hired will be engaged under an Equity form of contract.
