**FINAL REMINDER** 2012 EQUITY COUNCIL ELECTIONS - UPDATE YOUR ELECTORAL
REGION & CONTACT INFORMATION BY SEPTEMBER 12

Equity members are advised to check their electoral region and contact
information online in the Members Only zone of EQUITYONLINE. The LAST
DAY TO UPDATE an electoral region or a current address before the voter
instruction mailing IS SEPTEMBER 12, 2012.

Equity stage managers have the option to vote in the stage management
electoral region, their local geographical electoral region or in the
Eastern Opera, Western Opera or Dance electoral regions (as applicable).
Stage Managers are encouraged to visit the members only zone of
EQUITYONLINE at http://www.caea.com to review and update their electoral
region designation if necessary.

Note: any Equity member who will be away from his/her primary residence
during October 2012 should identify a temporary address in the members
only zone of EQUITYONLINE also by September 12, 2012.
