**Please be advised that due to a technical difficulty with Equity's
e-drive distribution provider, delivery of an e-drive notice regarding
Soulpepper Theatre general auditions was delayed by several days. Please
accept Equity's apology for any inconvenience this unfortunate
circumstance has caused.
Soulpepper Theatre has graciously agreed to extend the submissions
deadline to 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 13. Additionally,
submissions may now be made by email to lisa at soulpepper.ca.**

submissions from actors of diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Soulpepper Theatre Company and Artistic Director Albert Schultz have
announced a call for actor submissions for General Auditions for our
upcoming 2013 season.

We will be holding both musical and non-musical auditions.
Auditions will be held in Toronto, ON, Canada. We encourage submissions
from actors of diverse cultures and
backgrounds.

-       Resume (with clear indication of union status)
-       Please specify if you would like to be seen for a musical or
non-musical audition

SUBMISSIONS BY FAX OR EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

PREPERATION:
-       Those selected for a non-musical audition should prepare two
contrasting monologues totaling no more than 5 minutes in length, one of
which is to be in verse.

-       Those selected for a musical audition should prepare one
monologue of 2-3 minutes in length as well as two songs. 
Accompanist will be provided. Please bring sheet music.

We thank you for your submission however, only those selected for an
audition will be contacted.

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
