Additional information:
The Old Town Hall in Waterford is looking for a female actor for their upcoming workshop/staged reading of Rose Napoli's new play, Oregano. Actors will be engaged for a CAEA Workshop week.

Mona searches for beauty in her sad reality. On the eve of her thirtieth birthday, she stares at her father, Mimmo's lifeless body, lulled only by the sound of the heart monitor keeping him alive.  Just as she concludes "the truth isn't magical", Mona meets Mimmo Con La Voce, the eight year old boy with the Voice, and La Strega Nero, the woman who will help her find a voice of her own.  A part poetic, part auto-biographical story told in the style of magic realism.
