--------------------------
BASIC DUES PAYMENT DEADLINE IS JULY 31 - LATE FEE APPLIES AUGUST 1
--------------------------

Equity basic membership dues of $67.50 were invoiced on May 1, 2013. The
three-month grace period following this billing will end July 31. As of
August 1, a $10.00 overdue fee will apply to any outstanding basic dues
amount.

In order to avoid payment of a late fee penalty, an Equity member must
be in good standing as of July 31. There is still time to avoid the
$10.00 penalty payment.

Equity members may verify their membership status (and the amount of any
dues owing) online at:
http://www.caea.com/EquityWeb/MembersOnly/Redirect/ToMemberInformation.a
spx

A basic dues payment may be made using any of the following methods:
- Credit card (one time only): a form can be downloaded from
http://www.caea.com/EquityWeb/EquityLibrary/Membership/OneTimeCreditCard
PaymentForm.pdf
- Tele-banking through a bank or credit union: Select Canadian Actors'
Equity Association (may be listed under Ontario) as a bill payee on a
banking institution's website. Use your member number as the "account
number." If a nine digit account number is required at bill registration
use "0" to fill-in the empty spaces before your member number.

Members wishing to have future payments made automatically may use the
following links for the appropriate forms:
- Automatic dues payment by debit card:

sPaymentFormDEBIT.pdf
- Automatic dues payment by credit card:

For convenience, members may print their payment form and submit
electronically via fax (416-867-9246) or scan-and-email to
membership at caea.com, or mail to the address below.

*** Please note that all agreements and contracts require that Equity
members be in good standing as a condition of engagement. New CTA terms
provide that prior to the start date of a CTA contract, the Theatre
should confirm an Artist's membership standing directly with Equity. If
a member is found to be not in good standing, the Theatre may now
withdraw a contract offer without recourse by either the member or
Equity.***
