Synopsis: Stuck at a medieval studies conference in Kalamazoo, Michigan  reluctant medieval studies editor, Natalie Fingerhut, struggles to make sense of the past while being haunted in the present. Believe it or not… this play is funny.

Kalamazoo Diaries rehearses in Toronto and plays the Hamilton Fringe. Equity performers will be engaged under a Festival Policy.

Lars Von Ellenstein/Lawrence J Rose, Male / 41-50 yrs. / Any Ethnicity. Lars: Renowned medieval scholar. Lawrence: Ultra nerdy tattoo sporting American Medievalist. Strong comic ability

Christine, Female / 31-40 yrs. / Any Ethnicity. Works in Marketing at Scholars R-Us Press. Straightforward and professional – a foil to Natalie.

Freya Hildegard/Buffy Duberman, Female / 25-30 yrs./ Any Ethnicity. Strong comic ability - Freya: Former student/groupie of professor Lars Von Ellenstein. Buffy Duberman: Hotel clerk with strong mid-western (Fargo) accent.
