If you are a detail-oriented, strategic thinker with proven customer service skills and a passion for live theatre, this could be the role for you. 

Reporting to the Operations & Client Services Manager, the VOLUNTEER & AUDIENCE SERVICES SUPERVISOR will coordinate the Volunteer Program as well as all Audience Services operations. The position is full-time with variable work hours (some evening and weekend work required). Pay rate is $18./hr plus benefits. Start date is March 2014.

DUTIES:
* Supervision and Human Resources of Front of House Managers and Concession Servers
* Coordination, supervision, and human resources of 120-member Volunteer Program
* Occasional facilitation of events as Front of House Manager
* Provision of Audience Services staff and resources for external and internal events
* Coordination of concession and bar operations
* Other duties as required

Required Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 5 years in performing arts administration or production
* Staff and/or volunteer supervision experience
* Literacy in MS Office software
* Serving It Right certificate

Qualities in the Successful Candidate:
* Exceptional organizational skills
* Experience in FOH management, stage management, production management or volunteer coordination
* The ability to anticipate needs and solve operational and interpersonal problems
