Dear Equity Members,

Your participation is requested!
 
The Conseil québécois du théâtre (CQT), in collaboration with the Union des artistes du Québec (UDA), Quebec Drama Federation (QDF) and the Canadian Actors' Equity Association (CAEA), is conducting a large-scale study of the continuing education needs for professionals in the theatre sector.

Please respond to the following survey before April 11th (and select "English" in the top-right corner). THIS SURVEY IS FOR QUEBEC MEMBERS ONLY.

In order to thank you for your time in participating in the survey, the CQT will award a training course to one name drawn from amongst those who agree to  identify themselves at the end of the survey.

If you work in the theatre, we are hoping you will support this request and participate. The survey will take no more than 15 minutes of your time, and will help us to provide continuing education workshops and courses that will respond to your specific needs. Therefore, your contribution is important.

The information you provide will be treated in the strictest confidentiality.

IMPORTANT - To ensure the integrity of this survey, PLEASE do not transmit the link to anyone else. If you think this survey might be of interest to some of your colleagues, please contact us directly and we will send it to them ourselves.
