Ethno-cultural mandate or ethno-cultural casting statement: 
VOICE AUDITIONS - June 12th - 11am to 7pm
Style: classical/musical theatre crossover SATB Prepare 1 classical
piece (lieder/opera/art song/folk song etc.), 1 musical theatre or pop,
one part from an SATB Christmas song accapella (will email music in
advance). Singers may also be asked to learn basic movement in audition.
*Role includes readings and storytelling Possible call-backs Sat, June
13 at 12pm

DANCE AUDITIONS - June 13th: 10am - 12pm
Style: Tap, Jazz, Broadway, Ballet
Come prepared to learn several different styles of dance choreography
during the audition - bring appropriate shoes Possible call-backs 1pm
same day

AUDITION LOCATION: ScotiaBank Dance Studio, 677 Davie St., Vancouver, BC

This year's singing and dancing extravaganza includes hits by the Beach
Boys, a Rock of Ages medley, Bobby Darrin songs, songs from Grease and
Moulin Rouge, a Canadian set as well as many more classical hits and
Christmas favourites.

2015 CONTRACT from Nov 16 - Dec 20th, 2015
(17 performances Dec 4 - Dec 20)
3 venues: (Port Theatre & Cedar Community Hall, Nanaimo - Sid Williams
Theatre, Courtenay) PAID contract for all performers (starting at $2500
for 5-week contract)

*CAEA Guest Artist contracts applicable*

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
